Friern Bridge
We were delighted to provide structural and civil engineering consultancy services for the refurbishment of three expansive bay retail units at Friern Bridge. Our work encompassed modifications to existing structural steelwork and the design of new internal storage areas and office spaces.
The project presented unique challenges due to the scale of the retail units and the need to minimise disruption to ongoing operations. Our team worked closely with the client, L & G Assurance Ltd, to develop solutions that were both cost-effective and practical.
